Please make sure you answer all questions as best as you can so watch can be customized to you. It is very important to measure your wrist size for accurate sizing. Please review sizing chart for wrist sizes and be sure to check the mm of your watch for accurate sizing (38/40/41 mm or 42/44/45 mm).
This product is for special requested charms such as mom charms, initials, zodiac, #1friend, careers (nursing, fashion, etc.) This Apple band will be filled with all unique fancy charms. Can request all designer.
Please choose secondary color: gold, silver, or rose gold. I do not get many requests for rose gold, so please be mindful, rose gold selection may take a longer processing time to get requested charms. It is very important to choose secondary color otherwise, I will choose for you.
Please provide likes!! Butterflies, pets, purses, designer likes (ex. Gucci, Chanel, LV), hearts, etc. If there is something that I don't have, the processing time may take up to 14 days. Please feel free to contact me with any questions or concerns. If you see a charm on another watch band or bracelet that you like, please send message to see if I have that charm in stock.

Care Instructions
Since majority of products are customized, I do not accept any refunds or exchanges. If your Apple Watch band or charm bracelet does not fit, you will need to return within 10 days for an exchange. You will have to pay for shipping for any exchanges. If you receive a defective item, please contact me within 3 days and send photo of defective item so I can resolve the issue. Once received, I will see if item qualifies for a return or exchange. I will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, then your refund will be processed and will be applied to your original method of payment.
